Notice of Non – Discrimination
The following notice of non-discrimination meets the minimum requirements of the regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of Education Office of Civil Rights. This Notice of Non-Discrimination should be on all publications for mass distribution. Sample means of dissemination are: work study/cooperative education documents, employment information (job applications, etc.), website, Career/Technical program brochures, student handbooks, teacher handbooks, etc. Each recipient shall designate at least one employee to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Section 504, Title II, and Title IX. If one individual coordinates more than one area, then each law coordinated must be identified.
